1. Overview
Pebble Vending LLC ("Pebble," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas limited liability company that places, stocks, and operates smart vending machines for Texas venues and businesses. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect through the website pebblevending.com (the "Site") and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
- Information you provide to us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, business or venue name, and email address. If you email us or speak with us by phone, we also collect the information you choose to share, such as your phone number and the contents of your correspondence.
- Business contact information. Because we work business-to-business, we may also collect publicly available business contact information (such as a business's name, address, phone number, website, and published contact details) to identify venues that may be a fit for our machines.
- Technical information. The Site is a simple static website. We do not run advertising trackers on it. Our hosting provider may collect standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) needed to operate and secure the Site.
3. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries and requests;
- To evaluate, schedule, and coordinate machine placements, installations, restocking, and service;
- To communicate with you about our services, including by email, phone, and — only with your consent — SMS;
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. SMS and Mobile Information
We send SMS (text) messages only to business contacts and customers who have opted in. We collect two separate, independent types of SMS consent, and you may give either, both, or neither:
- Transactional/customer-care texts — scheduling site visits, coordinating machine installations, and service or restocking updates.
- Promotional/marketing texts — offers and marketing messages. This is a separate opt-in; agreeing to transactional texts does not opt you in to marketing texts.
Consent for each type is obtained verbally during phone conversations, by written request (for example, in an email reply), or through the separate SMS-consent checkboxes on the contact form on our website; it is recorded on the contact's record in our customer relationship management system before any SMS of that type is sent, and is not a condition of purchase or of doing business with us. We do not send cold, unsolicited SMS to people who have not opted in.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency will vary.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you text "STOP", you may receive a one-time message confirming your opt-out; no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. 5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us operate our business (such as website hosting, customer relationship management, and email tools), who may use it only to provide those services to us;
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property;
- In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to the transferred information.
6. Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Choices
- Email: you can opt out of our emails at any time by replying with a request to stop or by emailing hello@pebblevending.com.
- SMS: text "STOP" to opt out at any time, as described above.
- Access and deletion: you can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@pebblevending.com.
8. Children
The Site and our services are directed to businesses and are not intended for individuals under 18. Age-restricted product lines (such as vape products) are offered only through machines placed in age-verified venues restricted to adults 21 or older.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
